Design Statement

We believe the essence of a magazine is to be a counterforce to the mainstream. PLUG MAGAZINE was born from a rejection of the formulaic local publishing model, adopting a branding-driven approach. Nearly all ads are conceived and designed by our team, introducing visual culture to local businesses. Through initiatives like PLUG NIGHT and a regional award, the magazine serves as a design platform — connecting people across generations, sectors, and status to cultivate genuine community pride.
