Shikuan Chen

CompalTaipei, Taiwan

Shikuan Chen is Senior Vice President and Chief Design Officer at Compal Electronics, Inc., where he leads the Corporate Innovation and Research Institute for one of the world’s premier computer research and manufacturing firms. Since 2009, he has built and managed a global design team of over 400 experts, driving innovation across a diverse portfolio that includes computing, consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial solutions. Shikuan currently serves as a Board Member of the Taiwan Design Research Institute (TDRI, since 2024) and Regional Advisor to the World Design Organization (WDO).
