MindVoyage is an AI-driven cognitive therapy system for dementia that blends generative AI, vision AI, and human-centered design with real-world object interaction. The system adapts tasks in real time, validates performance, and keeps sessions engaging and low-stress. MindVoyage reduces caregiver involvement through an avatar-led virtual guide. Over an 8-week program, it tracks progress, produces visual reports, and integrates clinical scores (e.g., MMSE). Clinical results show +12% cognitive improvement, -20% agitation and depression, +30% engagement, and cost reductions of up to 83% in caregiver labor and 90% in patient treatment costs.
