Osaka Expo Korea Pavilion <Heritage In Bloom>

Immersive Exhibition, Media Art, Campaigns

This project is a large-scale media façade covering the entire front exterior of the Korea Pavilion at the 2025 Osaka Expo. As an open exhibition accessible to visitors worldwide, the content draws inspiration from Korea’s National Heritage. The optical illusion graphics are designed for multiple viewing angles, creating the surprising effect of the exterior expanding or changing shape for the viewer. We created a welcome message using motifs from traditional Korean signboards (Pyeonaek) and decorative patterns (Dancheong). This powerful attraction stops visitors at the Expo, rebirthing the Pavilion as a new digital heritage.
