Sherpa serves as the design system of Banco de Bogotá’s and forms the basis of its digital ecosystem. Developed to facilitate coherent, accessible, and scalable experiences during the bank’s digital transformation, Sherpa was initially intended for a team of eight designers but now supports more than seventy. This expansion has contributed to the development of a mature and collaborative design culture. Sherpa integrates design, technology, and business through a unified language, promoting brand consistency and advancing innovation, inclusion, and excellence throughout all digital experiences.
