Our split flange bearings allow for direct mounting onto the shaft, eliminating the need to remove other machine components. This is ideal for difficult-to-access bearing points and can save an enormous amount of time — we claim time savings of up to 80%, but we have already received customer feedback reporting savings of up to 98%! Made from high-performance polymers using the injection moulding process, they are extremely lightweight, robust, resource-efficient and maintenance-free. The integrated solid lubricants offer ecological and economic advantages: There is no lubricant leakage into the environment, and operating costs are reduced.
